You can check in from 4pm on the Friday.
When you arrive you will find the welcome board and a map of the retreat.
Find you name and which cabin you will be in, keys are in the cabins.
Check the map for your cabin and the room numbers are on the glass doors to each room!
Check out is 1pm on Sunday
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us.
However our Celebrant will give you a chance to take a quick photo just as the ceremony beings.
Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults.
Food & Drinks
We’ll be providing food and drinks on Welcome Night (Friday).
On Saturday, food will be served from 4:00pm with canapés, followed by dinner at 6:00pm.
For breakfast and/or lunch on Saturday, you’re welcome to pop into Kangaroo Valley village, or bring your own food. Each cabin has a fridge, and there is also a communal cabin with a fully equipped kitchen and BBQs that you’re welcome to use.
On Sunday, we’ll be providing breakfast and drinks.
The venue is BYO, so you’re welcome to bring your own drinks onto the property. We’ll have an open bar on Friday and Saturday during the main events, but if you’d like additional drinks at other times, feel free to bring them along.

Yes! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
There will be drinks put on for the welcome night and of course for the main event.
You are welcome to bring your own drinks for other parts of your weekend or if there is anything particular you like to drink.
KAYAKING/CANOEING
Want great photos of the Hampden Bridge and the river as well as gain local knowledge of the area? Go kayaking or canoeing and be shown the sights of the Shoalhaven River, wildlife and bushland.
GOLF
Head over to the Kangaroo Valley Golf and Country Retreat for a game of golf.
The course has been extended to provide the discerning golfer with 18 holes of
enjoyment on the Championship 71 par course.
MOUNTAIN BIKING
Be dropped off at the amazing Flat Rock waterhole and hike into the delightful Mini Ha Ha Falls. Feel the cooling water cascade over your shoulders before hiking back out to ride your mountain bikes along the Upper River Rd.
INTERPRETIVE BUSH WALK
Take a relaxing and educational walk along the cliffs above the beautiful
Kangaroo River. Learn about a range of native plants that have a wealth of uses from food to medicine and weaving.
Due to limited space we can only accomodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed in the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the names people in the invitation are in attendance.
